For three whole days i held my breath
i sank down.........
to the depths of Mariana's trench
pulled an icicle out from my chest
now i'm the tallest snow-capped peak on Earth
Mt. Everest..
On the 7th day stared down the sun
I went blind.................
with these visions of cataclysmic ends
and the deepest fears that release when
my spine bends as far backwards as i can.
I need some fresh air to feed this wanting flame
I drank some water. It didn't change a thing
Just made me thirstier for an explanation of everything
while I lost my voice from ranting on and on about
absolutely nothing......
Fishing alone on the dead sea
I got high..............
off the cold wind blowing in self pity's
innate pleasure seeking properties
that every human being's brain thinks it needs
The truth will find you as you sleep
and as I lie..........
birds are becoming notes on power lines
gravity gives out, planets align
to form a paradox where reality unwinds.
